BOXING COMBAT (ONE-ON-ONE)
This program combines western and eastern boxing techniques to create a fighter that is equipped to handle traditional and unorthodox boxing styles. This program draws on various techniques from western boxing styles; drilling punch combinations, slipping, parrying, ducking, and blocking. Additionally, the program drills nontraditional techniques such as “south paw” punching combinations, sweeps, joint locking, throws, knees, and elbows. The architects of this course have a combined 60 years of experience in martial arts.
Valencio Campbell, the senior instructor of this program, has been a senior instructor in Kung Fu and western boxing for over 20 years. He has been training in the art of Chinese Kung Fu since 1972 (1972-1988, Kung Fu Wu-Su under Grand Master Alan Lee). Presently, he is training under the tutelage of Sifu Henry Moy at Moy Yee Kung Fu School in the art of Ving Sun and Tai Chi. He has taught defensive techniques to bodyguards, police officers, security professionals, and students of all ages.
WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE (ONE-ON-ONE)
This program is designed to teach a woman how to deliver decisive (and in some cases lethal) force in self-defense of her body and property. This class draws on techniques from grappling systems, Chinese Kung Fu, and Japanese martial arts. The architects of this course have a combined 60 years of experience in martial arts.
