Bridal training is designed to focus on the areas most likely to have the most effect on how you look on that special day. The program is usually done over a 8 to 12 week period before the wedding. This program’s foundation is a combination of core, cardio, and toning that will help to:
  1. Lose overall inches
  2. Lose weight
  3. Increase lean muscle mass
  4. Tone Arms, Shoulders, Legs, and Back
  5. Reduce size of hips and waist 
  6. Improve posture
  7. Build strength
  8. Improve general fitness 

Goals, ranging from sculpting the ideal fit for that perfect dress to training to relieve pre-wedding stress, are covered in these sessions.
