Your first appointment with Elite is designed to prepare the most effective plan for your progress.  We use comprehensive fitness testing to pinpoint the strengths and weaknesses of your body before you begin a program. More specifically, we evaluate your postural alignment and overactive (tight) and inactive (weak) areas to tailor your fitness or massage program. Once the evaluation is over we have a baseline of information to make us more effective in your workouts and treatments.

Prospective clients have the option of one of the following:

1.  Weight Management Analysis 

2.  General Fitness & Postural Assessment 

3.   Sports Specific Analysis
