Whether you’re just on the
greens occasionally or you’re a serious golfer, Elite Body can
help you get the most out of your swing. Our professionals can
tailor a program that targets the muscle groups used most often
by golfers. We can help golfers improve their balance,
stabilization, and range of motion in lumbar hip area. This will
enhance their game by increasing the ability of the oblique
muscles to generate swinging force. In addition, we can help
with general upper body strength and prevention of lower back
pain.

In addition to performance
improvement, Elite Body's golf program uses biomechanics to
correct deviations of the spine, hips, and legs:
Thoracic Spine
- Encouraging this area to move backward balances the curves of
the spine
Lumbar Spine - Spine must be supple and have range of
motion for an excellent follow-through
Hips - May develop chronic pain if body is not flexible
Legs - Must have balanced, explosive strength for a
complete swing.
Knees - Golfers often suffer from stiffness in the knees.
