PERSONAL TRAINING

It's no mystery why most people work out.  In addition to health benefits, people just want to look good.  Whether its losing weight, showing tone, gaining size, or getting that elusive "six pack" people want to get results from a fitness program.  Our personal training programs take aesthetics into account as they create a balanced physical body.

These programs train the body as a complete system: increasing your physique, core strength, power, speed, agility, balance, and endurance.

6 week fitness programs:

This introductory fitness program is designed to set a foundation for improvement in weight loss, sports performance and general fitness. 

12 week fitness programs
After completing this program a client should experience dramatic improvement in strength, body fat percentage, performance, and muscle tone.  Enrollees train 2-3 times per week with a biomechanics specialist on a detailed fitness plan.
