POSTURAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS 

Based upon National Academy of Sports Medicine protocols, Elite Body is able to begin an analysis of your Biomechanics by your postural configuration. 

Muscle inactivity (weak) and overactivity (tense) first show themselves in the way a person stands, sits, and walks. We can design programs to lengthen tight or overactive muscles and strengthen weak and inactive muscles. These improvements in your muscle efficiency translate directly into benefits in sports performance, chronic pain, and general aesthetics.

Typical programs in postural alignment involve static stretching of key posture inhibitors (e.g. pectorals) and strengthening key posture inducing muscles (e.g. rhomboids)
