SPECIFIC PROGRAMS
"Advanced Training" is
not simply a tagline for us. We pride ourselves on designing
programs with your performance in mind. Our fitness
professionals can design programs geared towards the individual
athlete or an entire athletic program. Core training, functional
movement, flexibility, agility, speed, warm-up procedures, hand
eye coordination and strength training are just a few of the
programs that can enhance an athletes performance.
Each Elite Body sports training program consists of these three basic questions:
- What is the individual goal of the athlete (e.g. where do they want to see improvement)?
- What skills are needed in their particular sport or position?
- What physical weaknesses or deficiencies in the kinetic chain does that particular athlete have?
As these questions are answered, an athletic program is created by incorporating various elements:
- Integrated Flexibility Training
- Core Stabilization Training
- Balance/Neuromuscular Stabilization Training
- Reactive Neuromuscular Training (Plyometrics)
- Integrated Strength Training
- Speed Training
- Recovery & Regeneration
